February 2026 brought a more measured pace across Charleston County compared to the year prior. While closed sales and new listings were down, pricing remained resilient and several submarkets continued to show strong demand. As we move further into the spring market, local trends remain especially important across Downtown Charleston, the islands, and Mount Pleasant.
