September 2026 brought renewed activity to Charleston County's housing market compared to September 2025. Closed sales increased 5.2% despite a 7.0% decline in new listings, while the median sales price rose modestly to $715,000. Homes spent an average of 49 days on the market, just slightly longer than last year.
